How long will I be without my device?

In-store appointment - repair times can be completed in as little as 60 minutes however, this is subject to stock availability and the complexity of the repair. iPhone parts are kept in stock from the iPhone 5 up to the newest model and can be overnighted if need be in the event it is something that just came out.  We keep a range of the most common iPad parts in stock as well as Androids that are commonly repaired. Computer parts will most likely need to be ordered unless it's a hard drive or something common that is not model-specific as we keep those parts in stock.

Mail-in - repairs can vary in the length of time that they take for repair. This is all contingent on stock availability, parts ordering, shipping, and repair complexity. We make sure to get all repairs done promptly and use the fastest shipping speed that is economically feasible for the situation. 

Will I be updated throughout the repair process?

We have been repairing devices for many years - we understand that customer communication is key to giving you a second-to-none service. We have a specially designed system to automatically update you every step of the way via email and SMS. These are real-time updates so you are kept in the loop alongside our customer account managers.

Is my device data safe?

Devices now control everything and we understand that you need to trust the company handling your device in your absence. We have taken special measures and implemented the correct systems to protect your sensitive data. We always recommend that you back up your device for extra security.

All our technicians, customer service staff, and managers have been fully certified and background-checked to assure maximum privacy for our clients.

Life and schedules can be tricky, with this in mind we have opened our customer service levels even further - Our customer support lines and appointment services are available Monday-Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm


Is Your Repair Work Guaranteed?

We hold the highest confidence in all of our repair services. A lifetime warranty is applied to all repairs except battery repairs which have a 1-year warranty. Warranties are void with any liquid damage repair. 

We do not quibble over warranty claims however we must stress that the warranty is null and void should there be any cosmetic damage shown on the device after the repair date.

If you are unsure if the damage was there before the original repair, contact us, as we take photos of each device repaired before and after. These images are then stored on your account for quick and easy access if we ever have to assess the warranty booking. 

Am I Able To Speak To Someone - Or Can I Only Book Online?

In Short - YES! We have a full customer service team ready to help with your requests and are available Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Will You Wipe My Device?

We always recommend that you back up your data before any repair is done. However this is not always possible, maybe you do not want the extra hassle of completing this task and that's perfectly understandable. 

We will leave the device data exactly how we find it and none of this will be erased or changed in any way. Should we need to complete a software flash we will only go ahead and do this once we have contacted you and obtained your full permission to do so.
